At Fesara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Return

You can return your item by sending the item back to us by mail.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@fesara.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at support@fesara.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
