Order & Payment Questions

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer express checkout options such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a faster, secure checkout experience.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders very quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately at support@fesara.com. If the order has not yet been processed by our warehouse (typically within 24 hours), we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will need to be processed as a return.

Why did I receive an email from Leather Duds Ltd?
Fesara is the official trading name for our registered UK company, Leather Duds Ltd. Your payment receipts and credit card statements may show "Leather Duds Ltd" as the billing entity.

Shipping & Delivery Questions

Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. We cover all regions, including standard UK mainland addresses as well as Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and the Channel Islands.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders require 1 to 2 business days for processing. Once shipped, standard transit time within the UK is 5 to 8 business days. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 6 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is handed over to the courier, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery status.

Returns & Refunds Questions

What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a pre-paid label.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our Harrow facility, approved refunds will be processed within 5 days. The funds will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
